On Wednesday, December 10th, 2008, Unisap hosted their 7th Annual Holiday Celebration with customers and partners at The Crow Bar & Kitchen Restaurant in Corona del Mar. The Crow Bar & Kitchen, known as Orange County's "Best New Restaurant of the Year," is tucked along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway, and is known for giving traditional gastronomic pub fare an upscale, modern-day twist. The attractive interior boasts a classic, contemporary feel with the brick walls adding a touch of coziness. An open kitchen also gives guests a chance to see where the Chef Scott Brandon performs his magic. Guests were able to enjoy a delicious dinner from an open menu, featuring items such as the Warm Piquillo Blue Crab Gratin, Scotch Quail Eggs, Steak frites, Pan Roasted Australian Sea Bass, Roasted Sugar Pumpkin Bisque, and the renowned Duck Fat Fries. Desserts included an Organic Strawberry Shortcake, and an Irish Car "Bombe" with Crème Anglaise to name a few.

Unisap had an excellent turnout for this event, with over 120 guests in attendance. We would like to graciously thank each guest who was able to make it out to our celebration, and for all of the support you have given us throughout the year.

On Wednesday, December 19, 2007, Unisap rang in the holidays with clients and partners at The Madison restaurant in Long Beach. The Madison, located in the heart of downtown, is a gem to the city. Originally a bank, the restaurant is situated in one of California’s architectural marvels. The exterior of the building offers quaint architecture with soaring columns reaching toward the sky. The interior of the restaurant is bedecked with mahogany walls and antique crystal chandeliers.

"The Vault," the room the celebration took place in, was elegantly dressed in festive holiday décor. Guests enjoyed soft sounds of acoustic guitar by musician, Michael Mulder, who has opened shows for musicians such as Dave Matthews and Cyndi Lauper. Dinner included savory delights such as Poached Salmon and Israeli Cous Cous; the impressive desert tray included Mini Créme Brulee and Tiramisu, to name a few.

The turnout was excellent this year and was more than anticipated! Unisap would like to thank each guest who was able to make it out this year!

Unisap celebrated the opening of their new corporate headquarters with clients, partners, employees and their families on Saturday, October 27, 2007. This daytime event included catering by The Break of Dawn, which was both pleasing to the eye and appetite; serving delicious fusion treats such as smoked salmon and meatballs with ginger-fennel sauce. Guests also enjoyed a sneak peek of 98ten Fine Art, located on the first floor of the Unisap building. For this specific event, guests were able to view the work of artists such as Andre Yi, Hei Hyun, Elfriede Krieg, Samantha Fields, Francis Ireifej, Doug Meyer, and Alison Foshee. Many of these artists have been featured at major museums in California.

Unisap surprised guests with door prizes featuring client products such as Pioneer DVD players and Wireless Headphones, ASICS Running Shoes, Allergan Skin Care packages, and THQ Video Games. Children were given Halloween goodies and pumpkins; some were even brave enough to get their faces painted (many adults went home with their faces painted as well).

We strive to be a positive influence in society and we seek to impact society by participating in volunteer programs. This summer, Unisap provided financial funding as well as volunteer support for the Summer Camp program at OCASF. Funds were used to provide supplies for activities and giveaways. Unisap employees devoted hours to attend training classes in preparation for the summer camp program and also volunteered to be camp counselors.

Orange County AIDS Services Foundation is a support program for people living with HIV/AIDS.The foundation started in 1985 and has blossomed into the largest not-for-profit AIDS-service organization in Orange County. Their mission is to "prevent the spread of HIV and improve the lives of men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Orange County." The summer camp program is built to provide support for people of all ages who are directly and indirectly affected with the disease.
